ABSA Prepaid Electricity Token Not Received. If you have bought electricity using any of ABSA’s online channels,  and you did not receive the electricity token via SMS, please follow the below steps to retrieve your electricity token using the ABSA App.

  • Click on the Payments tab
  • Select ‘Purchase prepaid’
  •  Select ‘Manage Beneficiaries’
  •  Prepaid Service drop down (Select Electricity)
  •  Select the Beneficiary
  • Select Resend NOP under actions

Please note that prepaid electricity tokens are issued on a specific meter number and can only be redeemed on that meter.
