How to Book for PrDP Renewal Online
- Go to the NATIS Online Services website: https://www.natis.gov.za/
- Log in to your account or register for a new account if you don’t have one.
- Click on the “Book Now” button for “PrDP Application”.
- Select your province and the Driving License Testing Centre (DLTC) where you want to renew your PrDP.
- Select a date and time slot that is available.
- Enter your personal information and contact details.
- Review your booking and click on the “Submit” button.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Be sure to arrive at the DLTC on time for your appointment.
To be able to register your profile online to receive the service(s) offered, it is compulsory to enter either a valid email address, cellular phone number or both.

How long does PrDP take to be issued?
PrDP card manufacture period is usually 6-8 weeks. However once approved (i.e. police clearance and medical certificate have been submitted) , a temporary driving licence with the authorised PrDP category can be issued immediately. Fingerprint clearance for PrDP typically takes 48 hours.
