This can be done on the following platforms:
- Digital UI19s accessible via the Covid-19 TERS portal;
- https://ufiling.labour.gov.za/uif/
- EDEC for payroll affiliated employers; and
- Visiting the labour centre for manual UI19 declaration.Note: Foreign Nationals can only be declared on uF filing.
As soon as the declaration is updated on the Siyaya System, the Covid-19 TERS
processing unit will identify these cases and trigger a recycle of the rejected
payments and if the employee meets all qualifying rules, they will be paid.
