Log on to www.mtn.co.za, or dial the USSD short code, 1412#, and the system will credit score them to ascertain their eligibility.
Customers with unsettled advances are barred from using the service until the previous advance is fully repaid. In cases where airtime credit is still outstanding, the customer is advised of their debt status and requested to settle their previous advance before they can qualify for advance airtime.
