If you have lost your Easy Pay EPE Card, the first thing you need to do is to block your card. Contact the EPE Call Centre on 0860 994 162 to block the card or block it yourself using the Mobile Banking Application. You can replace your EPE card at any Net1 Financial Services Branch.
You will need to take the following documentation with you to do a card replacement:
- Your ID document (either the green barcoded booklet or the new ID card); and
- Proof of address not older than 3 months (this can be in the form of a bill sent to your home address
