You unblock device on FNB Banking App if you have forgotten your FNB Banking app password or you. have entered the wrong password for 3 times and it is not allowing you to enter FNB Banking app. You can then use the new username and password for both the banking app and FNB Online Banking. How to unblock device on FNB Banking App using the App
- Go on the FNB App Login Screen
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the Card Number at the front of your card
- Enter the 4 Digit PIN
- Press Continue and Enter your new password
- Enter the One Time PIN OTP sent to your phone
- Confirm
Thats it, you have successfully reset your password. If you change your device, lose your device or give your device to anyone else, you must de-link that device from your Online Banking profile immediately. If your device has been stolen, please contact the Fraud Team on 087 575 9444 immediately to have your device delinked and your Online Banking profile secured.

To check if your device is verified and to manage your devices: – Go to ‘Settings’, select ‘Banking’, select ‘My devices and browsers’ to view your devices. – Make sure you delink any devices no longer in use. o Always ensure that your OTP details are correct.
